Persyaratan Umum dan Kualifikasi yang Dibutuhkan

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in QA testing or a related role.
• Familiarity with testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, JIRA, Postman).
• Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Effective communication skills to report findings and suggest improvements.
• Experience with automation testing.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Familiarity with coding languages for testing purposes (e.g., Python, Java).

• Develop and Implement QA Processes: Design and implement comprehensive quality assurance procedures and standards to meet company goals.
• Testing and Validation: Conduct manual and automated testing to ensure products/services meet functional and performance requirements.
• Identify Issues: Detect and document bugs, errors, or other issues, and ensure they are resolved effectively.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (development, design, operations) to improve overall product quality.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed records of test results, issue reports, and quality metrics for future reference.
• Continuous Improvement: Recommend process improvements and best practices to enhance efficiency and product quality.
• Customer Feedback Analysis: Evaluate feedback and implement quality improvements based on user experience.
